All orders are processed within 1-3 Business Days after payment confirmation.
Customized, personalized, or bulk corporate gifting orders may require additional production time depending on the order size and customization requirements.
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your shipping details.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your order value, delivery location, and selected shipping method.

Example:

Free Shipping on orders above ₹599
Standard Shipping: ₹99
Express Shipping: ₹199

Applicable shipping charges will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

If you do not receive your tracking information within 48 Hours after your order has been dispatched, please contact us.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may:

Attempt delivery again
Contact you for delivery instructions
Return the package to us

If an order is returned due to repeated failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items:

Contact us within 48 Hours of delivery.
Include your order number and photographs of the package and products (if applicable).
We will investigate the issue and work towards a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
